If you change your mind about an order you placed, or by chance receive a damaged product, we are happy to help you.
We understand your concern as the products are meant for your little ones.
1. Cancellation Policy
We offer free cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed and in case of weekends, during the next working day. If you place a cancellation request after 24 hours of ordering the product, we will be unable to recall it.
2. Returns Policy
We accept return requests within 48 hours of order received on all our products only in case of damaged, broken, defect etc. except baby goods like teethers, bibs, rattles, swaddles, etc. for reasons of hygiene.
Return requests placed after 48 hours of order received are unfortunately non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do also make sure you are returning the product for a genuine reason.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
In case you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer you a replacement (if the product is still in stock) or a refund.
If you choose to get a refund, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
